YPO’s Executive Director said,
“A strong organization builds a stronger community”.
This is why the YPO team took a transformative step to sharpen its internal systems by participating in a five-day Organizational Capacity Development (OCD) workshop hosted by Save the Children, Tanzania, through the Vijana Plus project.
YPO covered Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Advocacy, Communication & Communication Mobilization (ACCM), Media & Communication, Gender mainstreaming & Inclusion, and Information Technology (IT), Safety & Safeguarding.
YPO was proudly presented by Mr. Charles Makongo (Executive Director), Mr. Goodluck Mlorere (Project Coordinator), Mr. Aniceth Godfrey (Communication & Data Officer), and Mr. Yusuph Kilanga (Board Member).
This comprehensive workshop was expertly facilitated by a dedicated team from Save the Children Tanzania, Mr. Mathew, Ms. Stephania, Mr. Amani, Ms. Victoria, Mr. Abubakar, and Ms. Rehemaeli, whose guidance made the learning experience both practical and impactful.
This was not just a training; it was a commitment to action. YPO will prioritize the recommended next steps to ensure every lesson learned is translated into concrete improvements in our daily operations, benefiting the communities we serve and stakeholders we work with.
Because when we grow stronger inside, our impact grows louder outside.
